In order to use remote support, the PC you wish us to work on must be able to connect to the Internet. In the unlikely event we cannot fix your PC remotely or cannot connect remotely for a session, one of our IT experts will book you in for an onsite visit. You also understand that whilst every care will be taken, we are not responsible for any loss of data that may occur. Our remote support service is available for Windows desktop PC’s, Apple systems and Windows Servers.
